Safelite is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead frontline associates and drive a memorable customer experience at a single retail location. The role oversees operations, cash handling, inventory control and safety while developing a high-performance team.

The candidate will motivate staff, handle customer responses, manage work orders and train teams on installation techniques and internal systems. Strong leadership and a focus on service are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Retail or service center background preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.

Aufgaben

• Motivate and lead associates to ensure productivity and world class service.
• Respond quickly to complaints or warranty issues and process losses/repair damages.
• Manage work orders and routing of mobile jobs; ensure timely transit.
• Train associates on installation techniques and internal platforms.
• Monitor productivity, inventory and cleanliness to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
