Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a retail location, guiding front-line associates, managing cash, inventory, loss prevention, and safety to deliver a memorable customer experience.

You will motivate teams, handle customer service issues promptly, and ensure smooth daily operations including work orders and routing. Strong supervisory experience and a professional appearance are preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead activities of associates, ensuring productivity and world class customer service; provide cross-training for operational stability.
• Provide world class customer service by responding to complaints/warranty issues and processing casualty losses/repair damages.
• Manage work order assignments and routing of mobile jobs; ensure procedures are followed, vehicles loaded and in transit on time.
• Train associates on installation techniques and procedures, vehicle and equipment maintenance, required documentation and internal technology platforms.
• Monitor productivity, inventory and cleanliness to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies.
• All other duties as assigned.
