Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead activities of associates to ensure productivity and world class service.
• Provide cross-training for operational stability.
• Respond to customer complaints and warranty issues promptly.
• Manage work orders and routing of mobile jobs; ensure timely loading and transit.
• Train associates on installation techniques, equipment maintenance, and documentation.
• Monitor productivity, inventory, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
