Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year supervisory/leadership experience.
• 3-5 years in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead associates to achieve high productivity and customer service.
• Provide cross-training for operational stability among staff.
• Respond quickly to customer complaints and warranty issues; manage losses and repairs.
• Manage work order assignments and routing of mobile jobs; ensure timely transport.
• Train staff on installation techniques, vehicle maintenance, and documentation.
