Wawa is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily store operations, develop the team, and drive profitability. You will oversee hiring, training, and growth of Customer Service Associates while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

As AGM, you will monitor performance, manage schedules, and implement improvements. Strong leadership, communications, and a track record in retail or food service are essential for success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability to work weekends/holidays.
• Proven leadership experience in food service or retail is a plus.
• Strong background in store operations including staffing, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Ability to drive change and deliver results with effective execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and drive profitability.
• Lead and train Customer Service Associates to meet safety and quality standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and recognition of team members.
