Talbots Morrison NC-Charlotte store is seeking an experienced leader to oversee store operations and visual merchandising while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach a diverse team, drive sales, and ensure brand standards are upheld in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of specialty retail experience with emphasis on store operations and/or visual merchandising.
• Professional, client-focused communicator with strong work ethic and integrity.
• Organized and strategic with the ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using POS/iPad/handheld systems and navigating retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Plan, execute and lead floor sets, window displays, interior marketing and markdowns.
• Educate, train and reinforce brand standards and store policies and procedures.
• Balance operational and selling energy with scheduling to meet business needs.
