Qualifications

• Two or more years of specialty retail experience in store operations or visual merchandising.
• Educator, coach and mentor who inspires team associates.
• Organized and strategic; able to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead floor sets, window displays, interior marketing, recalls, markdowns.
• Educate and reinforce brand standards and company policies and procedures.
• Balance operational and selling energy through proper planning, scheduling and prioritization of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws.
• Develop positive working relationships to support a productive work environment.
