• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Plan, execute and lead floor sets, displays, markdowns, and interior marketing.
• Educate, train, and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
