Qualifications

• Two or more years of specialty retail experience with emphasis on store operations and/or visual merchandising.
• Professionalism with strong work ethic, integrity, and respect for others.
• Customer-centric mindset and understanding of how exceptional service grows store sales.
• Educator, coach, and mentor who inspires team members based on their strengths.
• Organized and strategic with the ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator of business information and brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas (Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, awards).
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team in all areas of operations.
• Plan and lead floor sets, window displays, interior marketing and recalls.
• Educate and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy through proper planning, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Maintain knowledge of fashion trends and business drivers to maximize sales and meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Develop positive working relationships for a productive environment.
