Job summary

Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced retail/service environment. You will ensure top-notch customer service, manage work orders and routing for mobile jobs, and train associates on installation techniques and safety procedures.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail/service centers, a valid driver’s license, and strong proficiency with MS Office. We offer competitive weekly pay, benefits, and tuition reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership/key holder experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead associates to maximize productivity and deliver world class customer service.
• Respond quickly to customer complaints/warranty issues and process losses/repair damages.
• Manage work order assignments and routing of mobile jobs; ensure procedures followed and vehicles in transit.
• Train associates on installation techniques, equipment maintenance and documentation.
• Monitor productivity, inventory and cleanliness to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
