Job summary

Safelite Fulfilment seeks a store operations leader to oversee daily activities, optimize staffing and scheduling, and drive performance to meet KPIs across a retail/service center environment.

You will ensure SafeTech-certified technicians perform quality work, manage inventory and cash handling, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining safety standards in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with 5–7 years leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• 3+ years leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incenting performance.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or service-center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, engage and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce.
• Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and use of personal protective equipment.
• Physical requirements: lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs, being on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, work orders, and inventory control.
• Drive team performance to meet KPI targets and company goals.
• Ensure SafeTech-certified technicians are performing quality installs/repairs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle and equipment maintenance and recordkeeping.
• Deliver world-class customer service by promptly addressing complaints and warranty issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
