Job summary
Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a team of associates, guiding efficient fulfillment operations and cultivating a positive work culture. You will conduct interviews, coaching, and training to identify and develop talent, align daily workstreams with site goals, and ensure safety, quality and productivity while supporting customer outcomes.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old.
- Valid drivers license and MVR check.
- 1–3 years in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
- 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with Korber or related WMS.
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs in service industries.
- People-first, solution-oriented mentality.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of associates for efficient fulfillment operations.
- Conduct interviews, coaching, and training to develop talent.
- Provide direction to align daily goals with operations.
- Oversee safety, quality, and productivity.
- Drive customer-centric operations and meet budget targets.
- Coordinate staffing and resources for daily operations and special projects.
- Foster cross-shift collaboration to improve efficiency.
