Job summary

Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a Store Operations Lead to oversee daily store activities, open/close procedures, and inventory control. You will drive performance, coach technicians, and ensure high levels of customer service while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

In this role, you will schedule staff, manage work orders, and monitor KPIs such as NPS and service times. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver quality installs and maintain strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or service environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing schedules and staffing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and store systems.

Responsibilities
