Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers
• Handle customer issues with urgency and satisfaction
• Oversee POS transactions in accordance with policy
• Support inventory, pricing, markdowns and receiving
• Schedule, payroll and attendance management
• Lead visual merchandising to company standards and promotions
• Support loss prevention and asset protection programs
• Assist with opening/closing and store maintenance
• Promote exceptional customer shopping experiences and service standards
• Coordinate with district/regional managers as needed
