Job summary

Rack Room Shoes seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, coaching staff, and ensuring policy compliance. In the Store Manager's absence, you will assume full responsibility for sales, service and operations.

You will lead training, oversee POS, inventory and merchandising, handle payroll, and drive loss prevention while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store operations preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Attention to detail in merchandising and pricing.
• Ability to manage inventory and cash handling.

Responsibilities
