Rack Room Shoes is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring policy compliance and excellent customer service. You will lead and train staff, uphold service standards, and stand in for the Store Manager when needed.

Responsibilities include safety, inventory control, merchandising, payroll, and loss prevention, with emphasis on a positive shopping environment and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Control payroll, scheduling and attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports and enforce policies.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection.
