Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise staff, support training, and ensure adherence to company policies.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle busy retail environments. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and escalated complaints.
• Supervise store associates and monitor performance.
• Administer disciplinary steps when the Store Manager is absent.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Schedule and staff the store, manage peak periods.
• Support training and recruitment of store personnel.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safeguarding inventory.
• Open and close store per procedures.
