Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales. This role acts as a leader in the store, ensuring policies are followed and the customer experience is outstanding.

As a key member of the team, you’ll train staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards in a fun, inclusive environment. This position reports to the Store Manager and offers comprehensive benefits and bonus potential.
