Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will manage scheduling, training, and compliance while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and adherence to company policies, partnering with the Store Manager to meet store objectives and provide a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
