Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Receptive to feedback and able to provide feedback.
• Physical ability to move around the store and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, and floor replenishment processes.
• Uphold strong visual standards and safe, efficient stockroom practices.
• Coach Operations Associates and recruit/develop talent.
• Collaborate with Visual and Store teams to execute directives and initiatives.
