Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a progressive operations role including managing different sales volume stores.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Experience dealing with diverse team members and coaching others.
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws governing store operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• English and Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and provide leadership to achieve profitable operation.
• Develop succession plans for leadership positions and grow team capacity.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Lead by example in customer service, staff engagement, and store cleanliness.
• Monitor KPIs, coach store leaders, and drive continuous improvement.
