Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overall management of store operations during the absence of the Store Director.
• Forecast and act on weekly/daily sales goals to meet or exceed targets.
• Communicate goals, performance, and opportunities with staff.
• Forecast, schedule, and monitor labor to align with sales and wage budgets.
• Support Director with strategies for product placement and promotions.
• Monitor display accuracy and inventory levels to maintain in-stock conditions.
