Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of assistant manager experience in a multi-department operation or two years as a department manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during the Store Director's absence to meet store performance goals.
• Forecast and schedule labor to align with sales targets and wage budgets.
• Communicate goals and opportunities to staff to drive results.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, wage and hour, and other legal requirements.
