Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Store Leadership professional to train, coach and supervise Customer Service Associates across shifts in Martinsburg, WV. You will ensure a smooth, friendly Wawa experience and drive operational excellence while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring performance, and onboarding new hires. You’ll lead by example, communicate effectively, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments is a plus.
• Strong background in store operations, including staffing, training, performance management, sales building, scheduling, and expense control.
• Ability to implement change and drive results through effective execution.
• Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather feedback from customers to ensure satisfaction and solve problems.
• Train and engage Customer Service Associates to meet safety and quality standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and recognition of team members.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
• Monitor store performance, review reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with peers to develop action plans that drive results.
