Job summary

Five Below in Duluth, MN is hiring for an hourly Store Lead role. You will supervise crew, train associates, and oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stock organization, and driving sales while controlling expenses. Prior management experience and strong communication are required; weekend shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to ensure items are on the sales floor quickly.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for daily operations.
