Job summary

Five Below is seeking a diligent store crew leader to deliver fast, friendly service and oversee daily operations. You will assist with onboarding, supervise associates, manage cash handling, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure smooth store performance.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and about 1 year of management experience; candidates must communicate clearly and be able to multi-task in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth floor execution.
• Train crew on customer service standards and policies.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and address urgent issues.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling and security.
