Five Below is seeking a capable store leader in Duluth, MN to manage daily operations and deliver standout customer service. You will lead front-end teams, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and maintain brand standards across merchandise presentation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment. This is an hourly, full-time role with flexible scheduling and responsibilities in store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crew to WOW the Customer with friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout.
• Achieve customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Perform opening/closing, keep store clean, and stock room orderly.
• Share leadership duties in the manager's absence and recruit/train crew.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
