Job summary

Five Below is seeking a dependable Crew Leader in Minnesota to help deliver exceptional customer service and smooth store operations. You will train crew, lead daily activities, manage opening and closing, and support stock reception while maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of managerial experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures including cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and operations.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery procedures.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
