Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership-inclined individual to oversee daily operations and provide exceptional customer service. This role includes acting as Manager on Duty, supervising associates, and ensuring efficient opening/closing procedures.

You will help drive sales through merchandising, staff development, and effective communication with the leadership team. The position is hourly with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, value-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal interaction and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves full.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations.
• Leads onboarding and training of associates and supports scheduling.
