Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Crew Leader (Hourly) to wow customers and keep store operations smooth. You’ll oversee daily activities, train associates, open/close procedures, cash handling, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences while supporting the store manager.

This role emphasizes sales growth, merchandising, scheduling, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. A High School diploma and at least 1 year of supervisory experience are preferred; flexibility for day/evening/weekend

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact at checkout.
• Train crew on customer service and store policies.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage store operations.
• Open or close the store and secure cash.
• Support onboarding and training initiatives.
• Drive store sales and control expenses.
