Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Store Leader to oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, staff supervision, and customer service. You will manage stock, displays, and promotions while ensuring accurate signs and adherence to corporate guidelines.

The role emphasizes leadership of associates, training, and driving sales through merchandising and efficient operations. A minimum two years in management is preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and stocking to fast-track items to the sales floor.
• Sets up and maintains displays and signage per corporate guidelines for resets and promotions.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance and policy knowledge.
