Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader to wow customers and oversee daily运营. You will train crew on the BEST customer service, open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout.

You will manage stock, support onboarding, drive sales, control expenses, and collaborate with the store leadership team on merchandising and maintenance. Flexible schedules and Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
