Five Below is seeking an energetic leader to oversee daily store operations and coach crew on delivering WOW customer service. The role involves acting as Manager on Duty, opening/closing duties, and close collaboration with leadership on merchandising and sales growth.

You will train associates, oversee front-end experience, and ensure safety and stock readiness while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment for customers and team members alike.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure.

Mansioni

• Ensures crew wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities to ensure service excellence.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staff.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, and maintains security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and manages expenses through merchandising.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Performs store maintenance and cleanliness duties.
