Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a store leader to drive daily operations, train crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will open/close the store, manage cash, coordinate stock, and collaborate with the store leadership team to boost sales while maintaining high standards.

Must be 18 or older with the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; customer-focused and energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance to ensure excellent service.
• Train crew on customer service standards and checkout efficiency.
• Open/close the store, handle cash and security procedures.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Support merchandising, stock organization, and loss prevention measures.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive sales and control expenses.
• Provide on-the-floor guidance and uphold store policies.
