Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and exceptional service.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience and maintains fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures proper duties.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations and issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and helps optimize merchandising and customer service.
• Participates in merchandising procedures and general store maintenance.
