Five Below is seeking an on-site store leader to supervise crew, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role includes opening/closing the store, training new associates, and driving sales while controlling expenses.

The position is hourly, starting at $11.50, with opportunities to develop store leadership skills and grow within the Five Below team. Candidates must be able to lift 25 lbs and work flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Maintains composure under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer experience with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staffing issues.
• Open/close store responsibilities including cash handling and security.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing training of associates and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and coaching.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Perform general store maintenance and upkeep.
