Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to oversee daily operations, train crew, and drive sales while delivering a high-energy customer experience. The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and staff guidance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with the leadership team to ensure excellent service, manage inventories, and maintain store standards. This hourly position offers opportunities for growth and development within Five Below.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff and issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors and prep for daily operations.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance tasks like cleaning and organizing the stock room.
