Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to wow customers with a friendly, fast checkout and to train crew on the BEST customer service experience. You will oversee daily store operations, address issues, and manage opening/closing, cash handling, and alarms in a fast-paced setting.

The role also supports onboarding and ongoing staff development to boost performance. Ideal candidates bring strong management experience, superb communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining composure

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring guests have a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities, ensuring staff perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Manages opening/closing of the store, cash, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
