Yesway is seeking an assistant leadership role to support the Store Manager in daily operations and staff development. You will help train employees, manage shift schedules, and address customer concerns while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate merchandising.

You will also assist with audits, guest service, and profit-monitoring activities across the store. Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory experience in fast food, retail, or convenience settings and hold a high

• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
