Job summary

Yesway is seeking a retail supervisor to support store management in daily operations and staff development. You will help train employees, manage shifts, and resolve customer concerns to maintain excellent service levels.

The role emphasizes compliance with regulations, accurate stock placement, and driving store profitability through end-of-day procedures. Prior supervisory experience in retail or fast food is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; and
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• One year experience supervising others in fast-paced retail or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee guest transactions and hospitality for all store guests.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
