Job summary

Yesway is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager with training and staff development, scheduling, and daily store operations.

You will resolve customer concerns, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with audits and merchandising, and monitor daily profits through end-of-day procedures and waste controls. This role requires a proactive, team-oriented leader committed to guest hospitality and high standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; and successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
