Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience supervising others preferred in retail/food service.
• Certification testing completion upon employment is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts and manage store responsibilities.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with audits, stocking merchandise, and guest transaction flow.
