Yesway- is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in training and developing staff while managing day-to-day store operations in New Mexico. The role includes scheduling, resolving customer concerns, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting audits and merchandising.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
