Yesway is seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor in Texas to support the Store Manager with staff training, scheduling, and guest service.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee audits, merchandise placement, and daily operations, while monitoring profitability and controlling shrink.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and process discipline in a fast‑paced convenience environment, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
