Job summary

Yesway is seeking a store supervisor to assist the store manager with training, scheduling, and daily operations. You will help ensure smooth guest transactions, compliance, and merchandise stocking in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and prior supervisory experience in retail or food service. Company benefits are offered and you’ll contribute to a team focused on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of supervised experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
