Job summary

Yesway is seeking a capable leader to support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States. The role focuses on training staff, scheduling shifts, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will assist with audits, merchandising, and guest hospitality, while monitoring daily profits and shrink indicators. Prior supervisory experience in retail is preferred, with a commitment to excellent service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• One year supervisory experience in retail/food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, and waste.
