Job summary

Yesway is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees, scheduling shifts, and resolving customer concerns in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role focuses on ensuring hospitality for guests, compliance with regulations, proper stock placement, and securing store profitability through end-of-day procedures, shrink controls, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• One year experience supervising others in a retail/fast-food/convenience operation preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee hospitality for all store guests and ensure timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
