Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across the sales floor with strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete experience.
• Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver a consistent, athlete-first shopping experience.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and budgets.
• Hire, onboard, train, and retain direct reports; manage performance and attendance.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies.
