Qualifications

• Prior people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Follow merchandising standards and execute floor sets, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Lead store operations as Head Coach when applicable, including opening/closing and staff supervision.
• Develop schedules and staffing plans to meet athlete traffic and payroll goals.
• Coach and develop teammates, conduct performance reviews, and enforce policies.
