Job summary

In this role, you’ll develop scheduling, hire and onboard direct reports, enforce safety and loss prevention policies, and uphold merchandising standards while delivering outstanding athlete experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution to keep store fast and accurate.
• Develop schedules, hire and onboard teammates, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and policies while maintaining merchandising standards.
• Partner with store leadership to achieve payroll, financial, and customer experience goals.
